Bendigo Inventors Awards
3 of Touch Automation's products were entered into Bendigo Inventors Award 2017.
1. The Touch Plate (Finalist) was entered to demonstrate how it can be used for people with disabilities and how it can be altered to be either touch or a wave in front switch.
2. The Help System was also entered. It utilises Google Home and a simple command of "Ok Google, Help" for a SMS message to be sent out to a nominated person informing them that the person needs assistance.
3. The Smoke Alarm System. When a smoke detector alarms, it automatically turns on the lights in the home to allow safe and speedy exit of the home. This may also assist emergency services to identify the source of the incident.

Display Boards
Display boards were created to demonstrate a 'mock' room and how the Touch Automation system will function. The display boards were utilised at the recent Bendigo Inventors Award 2017 night in which some of the Touch Automation products were nominated for awards. |
