This Display Home features our 'Master Off' switch. As demonstrated in the above video, a simple touch of the switch as you leave the house turns off all the lights and also closes all the blinds. Making it super convenient when you are in a rush or can't be bothered walking around to check all the lights before you leave.
The Sense Plate is one of the great features of the G.J. Gardner Homes Display. A simple wave of the hand activates the light and fan - meaning no nasty transfer of germs.
The blinds installed in the Display Home automatically open at sunrise and close at sunset. They are also programmed to close when the outdoor temperature reaches 30 degrees to ensure the home stays cool. The blinds can be closed together or separately via the Touch Automation app or by voice command.
The Display Home also features flush ceiling mounted speakers in the Kitchen and Games rooms. These speaker are integrated with the Google Home so you can play your favourite music throughout these areas.
The other features of the home include:
* Security System which can be activated remotely.
* Google Home Mini mounted into the ceiling.
* Our signature Touch Plates in powder coated white.
